Meadowood Nursing Center, a 99-bed long-term care and skilled rehabilitation facility located in scenic Clearlake, California, is seeking compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our team.

Qualifications
- Licensed in the state of California
- CPR/BLS certified (or able to obtain during orientation)

We’re seeking RNs who are
- Strong multitaskers with excellent attention to detail
- Passionate about patient advocacy and geriatric care
- Effective leaders who can support and guide CNAs
- Comfortable communicating with families, physicians, and interdisciplinary teams

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver nursing care within scope of practice in accordance with physician orders, policies, and regulatory guidelines
- Administer medications and treatments accurately and on time
- Monitor patient conditions and communicate changes to appropriate departments
- Participate in infection control and quality improvement programs
- Educate patients and families
- Transcribe and implement physician orders (per Nurse Practice Act)
- Collaborate with physicians, including participating in rounds as needed
