About the Role

As Director of Nursing Services, you will lead our Nursing Services Department, support and develop nursing staff, and ensure residents receive exceptional care in a safe, compassionate environment. You will have the resources and support you need to succeed, including hands-on training with experienced Directors of Nursing and guidance from our dedicated Clinical Consultant Team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee daily nursing department operations.
• Promote quality resident care, safety, and positive clinical outcomes.
• Support, mentor, and develop nursing staff.
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and clinical standards.
• Collaborate with facility leadership to strengthen care delivery and team performance.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of employment.
• Previous experience as a Director of Nursing, Assistant Director of Nursing, and/or Resident Care Manager in a long-term care or skilled rehabilitation setting is required.
• Minimum of 4–5 years of RN experience in long-term care.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, develop, and lead a team of healthcare professionals.
• Commitment to resident-centered care, quality outcomes, and regulatory compliance.
• Positive, team-oriented attitude with a demonstrated history of professional accountability and stability in previous roles.
