Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, dressing wounds, and performing vital sign checks
• Conduct assessments, develop care plans, and implement interventions to address patients' physical, emotional, and psychological needs
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary care team to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet each patient's unique needs
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care, including progress notes, medication administration records, and treatment plans
• Participate in orientation and continuing education programs to stay current with industry developments and best practices
• Provide emotional support and education to patients, families, and caregivers to promote a positive and supportive environment
