Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Direct Support Professional (DSP) to service an individual. As a DSP, you will play a vital role in supporting adults with developmental and intellectual disabilities to live fulfilling and independent lives.
Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one support to individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities
- Help individuals develop skills to live independently and engage in community activities
- Foster positive relationships with individuals, families, and community members
- Create a safe and supportive environment for individuals to thrive
- Collaborate with the care team to develop and implement individualized service plans
- Participate in training programs to enhance skills and knowledge
