About the Role
As an LPN at Kenton Nursing & Rehab Center, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality, patient-centered care to our residents. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing direct patient care, including administering medications, wound care, and other treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitoring and reporting patient vital signs and symptoms to the healthcare team
- Assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs), such as bathing, dressing, and feeding
- Maintaining accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatments
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Participating in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction
