RN(Registered Nurse)Emergency Department Patient Care Manager-Day Shift

Full time 4 10 hour shifts Monday-Friday, Days $10,000 sign on bonus with 2 years RN ED experience

The Emergency Department is a high energy, fast paced, multi faceted environment. We are looking for an energetic, experienced ED RN to join our leadership team.

Under the direction of the Director, the Patient Care Manager (PCM) is responsible on a shift basis for the planning and comprehensive operations of a specific clinical unit such that it complies with hospital and nursing philosophy, policies and procedures. The PCM assists the Director in ensuring the delivery of patient care through the nursing process by maintaining staff, maintaining financial control of the unit, and serving as liaison between administration and staff during the assigned shift. Qualifications

Current unrestricted AL or Multistate RN license, ACLS, BLS, PALS, BSN preferred and 2 years minimum experience as ED Registered Nurse. Management experience preferred.
