The Iowa Primary Care Association is actively recruiting a Registered Nurse to provide care at a vibrant community health center (FQHC) in Dubuque, IA !

With an integrated care model that includes medical, dental, behavioral health, and pharmacy services, patients can access comprehensive, coordinated services often under one roof.
Role Details
- Clinic Hours: 7:00 a.m.-6:00 p.m. Monday-Thursday & 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. Fridays
- Schedule: flexible 4-day work week within clinic hours seeing approximately 18-22 patients per day.
- Provider team includes: 9 providers with 1 CMA & 1 RN/LPN per provider
- Operatories/Exam Rooms: 18
- EHR: Epic

Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Current Iowa RN licensure
- Current BLS or CPR/First Aid certification
- Mandatory reporter training for child and dependent adult abuse certificate
