About the job
Pediatric Home Care LPN - Weekday Afternoons
Make a real difference in one child's life, every single week.
We're looking for a compassionate, dependable LPN to provide one-on-one home care for a pediatric patient. This is a wonderful opportunity for an LPN who wants consistent, predictable hours and the chance to build a lasting relationship with a child and their family - instead of juggling a rotating patient list.
Pay: $40 per hour
Schedule
- Monday – Friday, 3:00 PM – 6:00 PM
- Reliable, set hours every week - great for balancing family life, school schedules, per-diem work, or a second position
- No weekends, no nights, no on-call surprises
About the Role
You'll provide skilled nursing care in the comfort of the patient's home, including:
- G-tube feeding, care, and site monitoring
- Routine health assessments and vital sign monitoring
- Medication administration as ordered
- Close communication with parents/caregivers and the care team
- A calm, nurturing presence during a busy after-school time of day
What We're Looking For
- Active LPN license in New Hampshire
- Pediatric home care, NICU/PICU, or pediatric nursing experience strongly preferred
- Experience with G-tubes/enteral feeding required or willingness to be trained
- Current CPR certification
- Warm, patient, and comfortable working independently in a family home setting
- Reliable transportation
What Nurses Love About This Role
- You can actually connect with your patient
- Less burnout than hospital settings
- A calmer, more controlled work environment
- Feeling appreciated - by both the family and your team
Ready for a Better Nursing Experience?
If you’re a pediatric LPN who wants purpose, consistency, and connection , this is the role for you.
