Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) - Powder Springs

As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) with Intellistars ABA, you will play a crucial role in supporting children with developmental disabilities in achieving their behavioral goals and improving their overall quality of life.
Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team. As an RBT, you will work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement individualized behavior intervention plans for clients. This role requires a passion for helping others improve their lives through effective behavioral therapy.
Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
Requirements
- Valid RBT certification
- Knowledge of behavioral health principles and practices
- Familiarity with HIPAA regulations regarding patient confidentiality and medical documentation
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, particularly children
- Strong data collection skills to monitor client progress effectively
- Ability to educate clients and families about behavior management techniques
- Proficient in creating and maintaining detailed medical records and care plans
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to facilitate collaboration with team members and families

About the Role
As an RBT with Intellistars ABA, you will have the opportunity to work in a supportive team environment with a focus on making a positive impact in the lives of those you serve. You will implement behavior intervention plans as designed by the supervising BCBA, collect and record data on client behaviors and progress towards goals, and assist in developing care plans tailored to individual needs.
