About the job
Join our team as a Daytime, Full-Time, Administrative Assistant, at INTEGRIS Health Baptist Medical Center, in Oklahoma City, OK.
The Administrative Assistant provides administrative, reception and clerical support to a leader. May supervise other clerical staff.
Responsibilities
The Administrative Assistant responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Provides receptionist, clerical and administrative secretarial support
- Coordinates the preparation of budgets, reports, data collection, data entry, data research and analysis, programs, and distribution of reports
- Greets customers and handles and/or facilitates problem resolution
- Types and copies, schedules appointments, coordinates meetings, arranges corporate travel, records minutes of corporate meetings, screens and redirects mail, orders supplies, prepares requisitions and work orders, and files/maintains files
The Administrative Assistant reports to assigned leader.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
EXPERIENCE:
•5 years secretarial experience in lieu of degree
•Training in secretarial procedures through formal education or by experience
EDUCATION:
•Bachelor's Degree and one year of experience OR associate's degree and 3 years of secretarial experience or 5 years secretarial experience
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
EXPERIENCE:
•Previous legal secretarial experience
