We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Weekend Shift team at Hudson Springs Nursing and Rehab in Stow, Ohio. About the Role
As a Registered Nurse on our Weekend Shift team, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care to our short-term rehabilitation residents. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to ensure that each resident receives personalized care plans tailored to their unique needs and goals. Our state-of-the-art facility features two leading-edge therapy gyms and advanced therapies, providing you with the tools and resources needed to deliver top-quality care.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care to short-term rehabilitation residents on our weekend shift
- Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with our interdisciplinary team
- Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify residents' needs and goals
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians
- Monitor and report changes in residents' conditions to healthcare providers
- Collaborate with physical, occupational, and speech therapists to ensure comprehensive care
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient care and treatment plans

Requirements
- Current Ohio RN licensure
- CPR certification
