Registered Nurse (RN) – Full-Time & Part-Time
Hudson Springs Nursing & Rehab is seeking compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our team! We are an 80-bed skilled nursing facility committed to providing exceptional care in a supportive and resident-focused environment.

Position Details

Responsibilities
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate resident care
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor residents' conditions and document changes
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary team members
- Supervise and support nursing assistants as needed
- Ensure compliance with all applicable policies and regulations
Qualifications
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate, dependable, and resident-centered approach to care
- Skilled nursing or long-term care experience is preferred but not required
