About the Role

At House of Hearts ABA, our Behavior Technicians make the biggest difference in a child’s progress. As a BT, you’ll provide one on one ABA therapy to children with autism in their homes and schools. You’ll help them build communication, social, and daily living skills.

We’re hiring experienced BTs, and we’re also hiring people who are new to ABA and want to make a real difference. If you have the heart for this work, we’ll give you the training, support, and clinical guidance to do it well.

What You’ll Do

  • Provide one on one ABA therapy to children ages 1 to 18 in home and school settings
  • Carry out individualized treatment plans designed by our Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
  • Help children build skills in communication, social interaction, independence, and emotional regulation
  • Support children in the classroom so they can participate, learn, and succeed alongside their peers
  • Collect session data that helps our clinical team track progress and adjust treatment
  • Partner with parents, caregivers, and teachers to keep progress consistent across home and school

Who We’re Looking For

  • Experienced BTs who want more hours, strong clinical support, and room to grow
  • Newcomers to ABA who are passionate about helping children with autism and their families
  • Dependable, compassionate, and coachable team players
  • Strong communicators who are comfortable working with families and school staff
  • High school diploma or higher
  • Able to pass a background check
  • Reliable transportation for in home and school based sessions

RBT Certification: Optional and Fully Supported

RBT certification is not required to join House of Hearts ABA or to keep working with us. For team members who want to take that step, we offer full in house support:

  • Guidance through the 40 hour RBT training course
  • Competency Assessment completed with one of our BCBAs
  • Support preparing for and scheduling the RBT exam

Many team members finish the process in about 30 to 40 days. Once certified, your pay increases!

Grow Your Career With Us

Starting as a BT is just the beginning. We’re growing across Massachusetts, so we always have openings for more hours and real chances to move up. Team members can grow from BT to RBT and then into higher level clinical and leadership roles, with mentorship from our clinical team along the way.

Why House of Hearts ABA?

  • Consistent caseloads and constant opportunities for more hours
  • Clear paths to advance from BT to RBT and beyond
  • Hands on training and ongoing mentorship from experienced BCBAs
