What You’ll Be Doing
- Caseload Management: Lead your own group of amazing kiddos and ensure top-notch ABA therapy services are being delivered.
- School-Based Supervision (In Person): Be hands-on, in the field, supporting RBTs and collaborating with educators.
- In-Home Supervision (Telehealth): Use the power of tech to supervise cases and guide families from the comfort of your laptop.
- Assessments & Treatment Planning: Design individualized, thoughtful treatment plans based on real needs - not checklists.
- Grow With Us: Help build relationships with schools and communities while shaping the future of our presence in the state.
- Stay Compliant & Ethical: We keep it tight - aligned with BACB ethics, state laws, and insurance policies.
You’re a Perfect Fit If You
✅ Are a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
✅ Have 2+ years of ABA experience (bonus points for school or home-based work!)
