We meet our patients where they are and this position will serve our patients in Wichita, Archer, Clay, Jack, Montague, and Young counties. We will rely on you to ensure that all patients you visit have addressed any nursing needs or determine the need for other team members to assist. To achieve this you will assist the patient or family in determining the best plan of care that meets their needs.
