About the job
Licensed Therapist (LMHC / LCSW)
Homeside Rehab is seeking compassionate Licensed Mental Health Counselors (LMHCs) and Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSWs) to provide home-based behavioral health services to children and adolescents.
Responsibilities
- Provide individual and family therapy
- Complete assessments and treatment plans
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Collaborate with families and the clinical care team
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field
- Active New York State LMHC or LCSW license
- Experience working with children and adolescents preferred
- Strong communication and clinical skills
