Job Summary
Homeside Rehab is seeking a compassionate and motivated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide therapy services to patients in Staten Island, NY 10314 .
We offer competitive compensation, flexible scheduling, and a sign-on bonus . This is a great opportunity for an SLP looking to build a flexible caseload while receiving support from an experienced clinical and administrative team.
Job Responsibilities
- Conduct speech-language evaluations and assessments
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals
- Provide skilled speech, language, cognitive, communication, and swallowing therapy as clinically appropriate
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Communicate effectively with patients, caregivers, physicians, and members of the clinical team
- Follow all applicable clinical, documentation, and compliance requirements
Job Qualifications
- Active New York State Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license
- Strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer literacy for electronic documentation and communication
- Ability to work independently and manage a flexible caseload
- Previous home health, outpatient, assisted living, or skilled nursing experience is preferred but not required
