Home Instead is looking for dependable, experienced Care Professionals to support clients in the greater Platteville, Fennimore and Mineral Point Wisconsin area .

At Home Instead, we are not simply filling shifts. We partner with clients and families to provide safe, consistent, human-centered care. We are looking for Care Pros who understand that reliability, preparation, communication, personal care, and documentation are all part of doing the job well.

Schedule

mornings 8am to 2pm

evenings 4pm-8pm

8am to 4pm weekends

Pay

$16.00 to $18.00

$1.00 additional for Weekend Hours

Key Skills

• Catheter-related care experience
• Dementia/Alzheimer's experience
• Incontinence, peri-care, and skin protection
• Confidently guides a reluctant client through necessary bathing/hygiene routines
• Pureed meal preparation
• Feeding/swallowing-risk experience
• Proactive hydration encouragement
• Gait belt, walker, and transfer experience
• Comfortable following a two-person transfer requirement when assigned
• Hands-on personal care, dressing, and hygiene
• Follows the care plan and communicates/document changes or refusals
