Location: Holy Cross, New Vienna, Guttenberg and Edgewood Territories

Schedule: Daytime shifts, 7:30 AM–4:00 PM, seven-day coverage needed, evening shifts from 5pm to 9pm

Hours: Full-time and part-time availability considered based on staffing needs

Pay & Benefits

Competitive Pay: $16.00–$18.00/hour

We're seeking dependable, compassionate Care Professionals for daytime opportunities in the Holy Cross area.

What You'll Do

• Prepare and cook meals based on client preferences.
• Provide friendly companionship and meaningful conversation.
• Give medication reminders according to the care plan.
• Assist with grocery shopping, errands, and transportation.
• Provide light personal care, including shower supervision.
• Respect established household routines and client independence.
• Communicate care updates and complete accurate shift documentation.

What We're Looking For

• Dependable attendance and punctuality, including early morning starts.
• Valid driver's license, access to a vehicle, and current auto insurance.
• Comfort driving to a rural location and providing transportation.
• Confidence with everyday cooking and meal preparation.
• Comfort providing light personal care and shower supervision.
• A warm, respectful, patient approach to older adults.
• Strong communication skills and willingness to follow an individualized care plan.

Previous caregiving experience is preferred.
