We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant 3 to 11 to join our growing team of successful, happy caregivers.
About the Role
As a Certified Nursing Assistant 3 to 11 , you will assist RNs and LPNs with services necessary in caring for the personal needs, safety, and comfort of residents/patients as assigned. This is an opportunity to grow professionally and make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents.
Responsibilities
- Assist RNs and LPNs with services necessary in caring for the personal needs, safety, and comfort of residents/patients as assigned
- Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient care
- Participate in the development and implementation of individualized care plans
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent preferred
- CNA License: Required Valid certification as a CNA in the State of North Carolina
- LTC/SNF experience preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
