The Opportunity
We are currently seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse
What You Will Do
- Supervise and support Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) under the direction of the Director of Nursing
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team (IDT) to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans
- Ensure initial baseline and periodic comprehensive assessments are completed on time
- Prepare for and facilitate physician rounds by flagging concerns and preparing documentation for review
- Initiate consultations or referrals as appropriate based on resident needs
- Perform administrative tasks including medical documentation, evaluations, and reports
- Deliver nursing care within scope of practice and aligned with facility policy and clinical standards
- Monitor residents for changes in condition (e.g., confusion, fever, breathing difficulty, pain, appetite changes, mobility loss) and notify providers as needed
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Director of Nursing
What You Must Have
- Active RN license in good standing in the state of practice.
- Experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting is preferred but not required - we’ll invest in the right heart and mindset.
