Job Type: Full-time / Part-time / Flexible Shifts
Pay: $13.00-14.50/hour depending on experience + bonuses
Job Duties
- Assist with mobility and transfers to ensure client safety
- Help clients stay independent in the comfort of their own homes
- Provide companionship and heartfelt conversation
- Assist with light housekeeping, meal prep and grocery shopping
- Support personal hygiene and medication reminders
- Engage clients in meaningful daily activities
- Occasional Transportation when/if needed
- Follow care plans and communicate effectively with family members and supervisors

- Experience required (facility, agency, professional and personal)
- Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license & auto insurance (for client transport, if needed)
- Strong communication skills and a caring attitude
- Ability to pass background screening
