About the Role
As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) on our weekend shift, you will play a vital role in providing direct patient care and supporting our interdisciplinary team. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting patients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of patient care and vital signs
- Observing and reporting patient conditions to nursing staff and physicians
- Collaborating with the care team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
- Providing emotional support and companionship to our patients and families
