What you’ll do
- Provide skilled nursing care that promotes resident safety, dignity, and quality of life
- Complete assessments and develop and update care plans
- Monitor residents and respond quickly to changes in condition
- Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
- Lead and support LPNs and CNAs on your shift
- Work with physicians, NPs, therapy, and the IDT
- Keep documentation accurate and compliant
What you’ll need
- Active, unencumbered RN license
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Ability to lead, collaborate, and communicate clearly
- LTC or SNF experience preferred, not required
