We are seeking a compassionate and organized Weekend Receptionist to join our team at Garden Spring Rehab and Care Center in Willow Grove, Pennsylvania . As a critical member of our front desk team, you will play a vital role in ensuring a positive experience for our patients, families, and staff. Weekend Receptionist 3p-7a is a part-time position that requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to patients, families, and staff
- Manage incoming and outgoing phone calls, faxes, and mail
- Greet and direct visitors, patients, and staff in a friendly and professional manner
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files
- Perform various administrative tasks, including data entry and filing
- Assist with scheduling appointments and managing waitlists
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area

As a Weekend Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our patients and families on weekends. Your warm and welcoming demeanor will help set the tone for a positive experience.
