About the job
Under the supervision of the Therapy Supervisor, the Rehab Aide assists therapists and nursing staff with the provision of rehabilitative care for a variety of patients. He/She/ contributes to the plan of care through participation on the interdisciplinary team.

Qualifications
EDUCATION:
Minimum
- High school diploma or GED.
LICENSE:
PROFESSIONAL CERTIFICATIONS:
WORK EXPERIENCE:
Preferred
- One to two years in a rehab setting.
SKILLS
Minimum
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion and ability to deal with the public in a professional and courteous manner.
- Ability to meet deadlines, manage multiple priorities and enhance the spirit of teamwork through effective role modeling.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills.
Preferred
- Medical Terminology course completion.
