Finger Lakes Health is seeking a compassionate and dedicated full-time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at LifeCare in Seneca Falls . The LPN provides high-quality, patient-centered care in a practice setting while supporting our mission to improve the health and well-being of the communities we serve.
Our providers see patients of all ages from newborns to geriatrics. All care is provided by highly credentialed physicians Dr. Grace Freier , Dr. Elizabeth Osborn , Dr. Andrew Reese and Dr. Philipp Wirth . Well respected and experienced nurse practitioners Sarah D"Acquisto, MSN, AGPCNP-C, Camerin Scaglione MSN, RN, Arielle Hagner, PNP-C, Crystal Lane, AGPCNP-C, Shannon Picchi, AGPCNP-C as well as physician assistant David Stobie, PA-C
Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to residents under the supervision of an RN
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and facility policies
- Observe, document, and report changes in residents’ conditions
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to support individualized care plans
- Ensure compliance with state, federal, and Finger Lakes Health regulations
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the electronic medical record
- Promote a safe, respectful, and compassionate environment for residents and families
Qualifications
- Current New York State LPN license in good standing
- Strong clinical judgment, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Commitment to resident-focused, compassionate care
