NOW HIRING: Social Worker

We are on the hunt for a caring and dedicated Social Worker to join our team. If you're someone who loves making a difference and can bring a smile to everyone's face, we want you!

Social Worker Responsibilities

  • Provide support to residents and their families.
  • Conduct assessments and create care plans.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals.
  • Help residents access community resources.
  • Lead support groups and educational programs.
  • Keep us compliant with all the rules and regs.

Social Worker Qualifications

  • Degree in Social Work.
  • Valid Social Work license in Pennsylvania.
  • Experience in healthcare or long-term care? Even better.
  • Great interpersonal skills (we need a people person!).
  • Team player with a compassionate heart.
