- Providing direct care to residents, including assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Monitoring and reporting changes in resident condition to nursing staff and other healthcare professionals
- Assisting with vital signs and other measurements as needed
- Maintaining a safe and clean environment for residents and staff
