Interventional Technician

Curated Mental Health is an innovative mental health clinic with focus on providing care to those who need them the most. We offer a full spectrum of personalized services including medication management services, and interventional treatment like dTMS and ketamine infusions for patients with treatment resistant depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, and OCD.

Our Mission: to deliver psychedelic-assisted therapy to all patients who need it, regardless of payer. We plan to bring MDMA-assisted psychotherapy online as soon as it's approved.

Job Responsibilities

• Serve as the point of contact between patients, administrative staff, and clinical staff
• Deliver TMS treatment sessions strictly following all protocols prescribed
• Monitor Spravato administration strictly following all protocols prescribed
• Support practice management in problem solving and planning to support optimization of TMS & Spravato related services
• Report to practice management on relevant information regarding daily operations
• Actively monitor patient concerns and demands, report to management when appropriate
• Assist with TMS & Spravato related administrative tasks and other patient flow indicators
• Participate in regular group meetings with operations team.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Ability to multitask, organize and solve problems
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong understanding of electronic medical records
• Experience with EMR platforms
• TMS training certifications (Brainsway) highly desired
• Experieince with Spravato monitoring highly desired
• Flexbility to work from both offices (Chelsea & Williamsburg) as needed and work evening shifts (12 pm – 8 pm)

• PLEASE NOTE: The job requirement is for an in-person position, eligible candidate will be required to work full-time (40 hours) on-site. Ideal candidate should be able to commute to our clinics.
