CNA Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding.
• Help residents with transfers, repositioning, walking, and mobility.
• Take and document vital signs.
• Observe residents and report changes in condition to nursing staff.
• Respond promptly to resident call lights and requests.
• Provide compassionate, respectful, and personalized care.
• Document care accurately according to facility policies.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment.
• Collaborate with nurses and other healthcare professionals.
• Follow facility policies and applicable state and federal regulations.

Qualifications

• Active New Jersey CNA certification required.

New CNA graduates are encouraged to apply!

• No prior long-term care experience required.
• CPR certification preferred.
• Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to learn and work as part of a healthcare team.
• Reliable attendance and willingness to work scheduled shifts.
