Job Details
- Required Qualifications: Prior case management experience in a healthcare facility; experience with Meditech and Midas programs.
- Schedule: Day shift, 8 hours per shift, with a minimum of 40 hours per week. The standard schedule is 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, with coverage of four weekdays as scheduled by the facility.
- Additional Information: Case management department serving an estimated patient ratio of 1:25. Business-casual dress code.
