Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient care by scheduling appointments, follow-ups, and referrals.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with regulations.
• Communicate effectively with patients regarding their treatment plans and any necessary information.
• Assist with insurance verification and pre-authorizations as needed.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure seamless patient transitions between services.
• Provide administrative support within the medical office, including answering phones and managing correspondence.
• Educate patients about available services, procedures, and health resources.

Skills

• Experience working in a dental office or medical office setting is highly desirable.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
