Your Role as a Home Hospital Registered Nurse
As a Home Hospital RN , you will provide higher-acuity skilled nursing care directly in patients’ homes while supporting recovery, independence, and safe healing.
This specialized division does not require Medicare OASIS documentation , allowing you to focus more on patient care and clinical treatment.
Responsibilities include
- Conduct patient assessments and develop care plans
- Provide advanced skilled nursing treatments and patient education
- Coordinate care with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
- Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed
- Document visits efficiently using AI-assisted tools
Common treatments may include
- TPN administration
- Chest tube management
- Lab draws
- IV therapy and maintenance
- Wound vacs and wound care
- Post-surgical recovery support
- Respiratory care
- Patient and caregiver education

Qualifications
- Active, unencumbered Florida RN license
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance
- One year of med/surg, ICU, ER, or post-acute care plus one year of Oncology required
