We’re fully digital with state-of-the-art 3D imaging and AI-assisted diagnostics, in-house implant and surgical capability that’s rare in WNY, and a team with real personality. ✅ What we’re looking for

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
• Active New York State dental license in good standing (or eligible for licensure if relocating)
• A dentist who treats patients like guests, the team like professionals, and the practice like it’s their own
• A strong communicator, willing to lead clinically

💙 Compensation & benefits

• $160,000–$350,000 annual compensation - a daily guarantee during ramp-up, then a percentage of collections that scales with your production
• Health, dental, vision & 401(k)
• Generous continuing-education allowance, plus fellowship and mentorship programs
• A real, proven path to partnership - we’ve done it once and intend to do it again
