As an Evening Shift LPN, you will provide high-quality, individualized care to our residents while fostering a warm and supportive environment. Responsibilities: Licensed Practical Nurse
- Provide direct patient care to a diverse population of seniors, utilizing your knowledge and skills to assess, plan, and implement individualized care plans
- Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by physicians and other healthcare professionals
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care
- Monitor and report patient status to nursing staff, physicians, and other healthcare professionals
- Participate in quality improvement activities to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, and coworkers

Requirements: Licensed Practical Nurse
- Current LPN licensure in the state of New Jersey
- Strong clinical skills and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends
