Community Skilled Health Care Centre is seeking compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our skilled nursing facility . As an RN in our long-term care community, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality resident care in an agency-free environment with strong leadership and a supportive, team-oriented culture.

RN Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care in a long-term care and rehabilitation setting.
- Supervise and mentor STNAs to ensure exceptional daily resident care.
- Administer medications, treatments, and follow physician-prescribed care plans .
- Monitor residents’ conditions, perform clinical assessments, and communicate with the interdisciplinary team .
- Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with state and federal guidelines.
RN Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Ohio.
- Prior long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred, but not required.
- Strong leadership, communication, and critical thinking skills.
- Commitment to patient-centered care and resident well-being.
