Responsibilities
As the RN Assistant Manager of Skilled Nursing at Burnett Extended Care Center, you’ll develop a top performing team and inspire them toward achieving defined results. Recognizing the contributions of those who go above and beyond energizes you. Qualifications
Education• High School Diploma, High School Equivalency (HSE) or Completion of a CHS Approved Individualized Education Plan (IEP) Certificate required• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred Experience• 2 years of relevant experience in the healthcare industry or a healthcare setting required• Previous leadership experience in the healthcare industry or a healthcare setting required• Previous experience in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting preferred Licenses and Certifications• RN - Current and valid Registered Nurse license to work within the state of California required• BLS - Current Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers by American Heart Association (AHA) required
