Community Dental Partners is seeking a General Dentist to join Smile Magic of San Juan, a solo-doctor, family-focused dental practice in San Juan, Texas.
This is an excellent opportunity for a new graduate or an experienced dentist seeking strong clinical support, consistent patient demand, mentorship, continuing education, and the chance to grow in a supportive practice environment.
An experienced clinical and administrative team supports our dentists so they can focus on delivering high-quality, comprehensive dental care and building lasting patient relationships.
What You'll Do
- Provide comprehensive general dentistry and family dental care .
- Work collaboratively with a dedicated clinical and front office team.
- Use digital technology and workflows in a fully digital dental practice.
- Diagnose and develop treatment plans based on each patient's individual needs.
- Practice with clinical autonomy, with access to mentorship and support as needed.
- Build trusted relationships with patients and provide a positive dental experience.
- Contribute to a positive team culture focused on patient care and quality dentistry.
- Continue developing your clinical skills through mentorship and company-provided continuing education.
What We're Looking For
- DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school.
- Active or eligible Texas dental license .
- Commitment to providing excellent patient care.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Interest in mentorship, professional development, and continued clinical growth.
- A team-oriented approach and commitment to a positive dental office culture.

Compensation and Benefits
Potential income: $800-$1,000 daily.
Production-based compensation with guaranteed base pay.
- Up to 35% production.
- Health insurance at 30 hours per week.
