Colonial Nursing & Rehabilitation is a 48-bed Skilled Nursing Facility located in Bowling Green, Kentucky. Our mission is to provide a comfortable and safe stay for our residents, and we strive to achieve this goal through our commitment to excellence in care and service. With a wide range of services and programs, we cater to the unique needs of each individual, ensuring they receive the highest level of care.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality nursing care to our residents, including direct patient care, medication administration, and wound management
- Develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident
- Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care and support
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident care and treatment
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to continuously improve our services and outcomes
Requirements
- Current RN/LPN license in the state of Kentucky
- Minimum 0 years of experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) or similar setting
- Monday - Friday 7a-3p and no weekends
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care
