We are currently looking for Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Paraprofessionals with 1 year of current experience working with individuals diagnoses with Autism. to become a part of our Cole Health team where your days are centered around your passions, growth aspirations and extreme job satisfaction. Experienced candidates will be given an internal RBT Competency Exam to determine starting pay rate based on their experience before being hired. All RBTs will have their competency levels re-assessed every 6 months making them eligible for raises. There are 6 levels of RBT competency, each one comes with additional responsibilities/growth and pay.

Hourly Rate: $18.00-$20.00/hour depending on RBT Competency Exam/Experience (Admin/Non-billable rates paid out at same rate)

The following defines the primary job responsibilities of the Behavior Technician:

• Energetic individual who enjoys working with children with Autism
• Support our kids with autism by implementing a behavior support plan that teaches functional language skills, developmental milestones, self-help skills, self-advocacy skills, social skills, and customized programs as we put our patients first in their journey with us.
• Work collaboratively with our team and be able to grow with feedback.
• Get direct support and clinical supervision from our Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and staff.
• Learn how to collect and summarize data as specified by the individualized treatment plan.
• Daily attendance is critical as we service our kids in their early intervention programs.

• Paraprofessionals, Direct Support Professionals, Life Skills Assistant
• Childcare Provider, Nanny, Babysitter, Preschool/Infant Teacher, Montessori Guide, Tutor, Substitute Teacher
• Mental Health/Autism Advocate, Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP), Behavioral Health Technicians
• Camp Counselor, Childcare Volunteer, Sunday School Teacher
• Teaching, Special Education, Sociology, Human Development, Early Childhood Development, or Psychology degree (a college degree in any field preferred)

RBT Bonus is for qualified Registered Behavior Technicians. Bonus paid out in 2 installments - $250 at 3 months and $250 at 6 months if employed and in good standing with Cole Health.
