Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the management of financial operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational policies
• Coordinate and maintain accurate records, reports, and data entry for financial and administrative purposes
• Support the Business Office Manager in managing budgets, accounts payable, and accounts receivable
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including patients, family members, and healthcare providers
• Participate in special projects and initiatives to drive business growth and improvement
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent patient care

Requirements

• 1 years of experience in a business office management role or similar setting
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software systems
