About the job
Clementine Home Care is seeking a compassionate and dependable Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) / Caregiver to provide daytime or nighttime care in Downingtown, PA.

Job Responsibilities
- daytime or nighttime shifts are available
- Assist client with Lewy Body Dementia
- Assist the client with activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Assist with mobility
- Ensure the client’s safety and well-being at all times.
- Build a genuine connection with the client and provide companionship.
- Provide compassionate, respectful, and reliable care.
We Offer
- Competitive wages: $19–$20 per hour, based on verifiable experience.
- Mileage compensation: Currently $0.76 per mile between cases.
Holiday incentive pay
- Profit-sharing plan: Company contributions may be made at the Company’s discretion to employees who meet the plan’s eligibility requirements.

Requirements
- Successful completion of a nursing assistant course or equivalent and maintenance of certification.
- Current CPR certification .
- Previous home care experience with acceptable references preferred.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods.
- Ability to assist client who weights 200 pounds .
