Schedule: PRN Opportunities Available
Chase Center Rehabilitation and Nursing Services is seeking a motivated and compassionate Occupational Therapist (OT) PRN to join our rehab team. In this rewarding role, you’ll help residents regain independence and improve their ability to perform everyday tasks - making a lasting impact through compassionate, hands-on care.
What You’ll Do
- Evaluate residents and develop personalized treatment plans with measurable short- and long-term goals
- Provide direct occupational therapy services that promote independence, safety, and daily function
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to ensure coordinated, high-quality rehabilitation
- Educate residents, families, and caregivers on therapy techniques to support ongoing progress
What You’ll Bring
- Active Occupational Therapist license (OTR/L) in the state of PA
- Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program
- Strong interpersonal skills and a patient-centered approach
