Chase Center Rehabilitation and Nursing Services is seeking a PRN Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our care team in Logansport, IN. This position is perfect for a skilled PTA who enjoys delivering high-quality therapy services in a supportive, resident-focused environment.
What You'll Do
- Provide physical therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.
- Assist in evaluating residents and contribute to developing individualized treatment plans.
