Your Role
As a PCA or CNA , you are a primary support provider for residents in Assisted Living and Memory Care.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Support mobility, transfers, and personal care
- Follow individualized care plans
- Observe and report changes in resident condition
- Document services provided per community standards
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Collaborate with nurses and care team
This is relationship-based care - you’ll have time to truly connect with residents.
Qualifications
- Active CNA license or PCA certification preferred
- Assisted living, memory care, or long-term care experience preferred
- Compassionate, dependable, and team-focused
- Strong attendance and communication skills
