Join Our Team at Champions ABA - CT
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team at Champions ABA - CT in Watertown, CT . As a BCBA, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality, individualized ABA therapy to children and individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and related neurodevelopmental disorders.
About the Role
As a BCBA, you will be responsible for developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, conducting assessments, and providing direct clinical services to our clients. You will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team of professionals, including behavior technicians, psychologists, and speech therapists, to ensure comprehensive care for our clients.
Responsibilities
- Conduct initial assessments and develop comprehensive treatment plans for clients with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and related neurodevelopmental disorders
- Provide direct clinical services, including behavioral therapy and training, to clients and their families
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of professionals to ensure comprehensive care for clients
- Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Participate in ongoing professional development and training to stay current with best practices in ABA therapy
Requirements
- Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA) from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
- Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field
- 0 years of experience as a BCBA, with a willingness to learn and grow with our organization
