Job Summary
At Champions ABA - CT , we are seeking a compassionate and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our dynamic team of professionals dedicated to delivering high-quality, in-home and community-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy services. As a BCBA, you will play a critical role in helping individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities reach their full potential. Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and oversee ABA treatment plans for clients with ASD and other developmental disabilities
- Conduct behavioral assessments, skill inventories, and progress monitoring
- Develop and maintain a strong rapport with clients, families, and caregivers
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including speech, occupational, and physical therapists, to ensure comprehensive care
- Provide guidance and support to Certified Assistant Behavior Analysts (CABAs) and other team members
- Stay up-to-date with latest research and best practices in ABA and participate in ongoing professional development
Requirements
- Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA) through the Behavior Analysis Certification Board (BACB)
- Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field
- Minimum 0 years of experience , with a strong background in ABA therapy and treatment planning
Work Environment
- Per Diem schedule, with flexibility to accommodate client needs
- In-home and community-based settings, with occasional travel to other locations within the Waterbury, CT area
