Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate BCBA- Champions ABA to join our team in Naugatuck, CT. At Champions ABA - CT, we are committed to providing compassionate, flexible, and collaborative in-home and community-based ABA therapy to individuals with autism and related disorders. As a BCBA- Champions ABA , you will play a vital role in helping our clients reach their full potential.
Responsibilities
- Provide autism-specific Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to clients in their homes and/or community settings
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with the treatment team
- Conduct assessments, behavior analyses, and data-driven program development to ensure client progress and achievement of goals
- Collaborate with family members, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client progress and therapy sessions
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with best practices in ABA

Requirements
- Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Special Education, or related field
- BCBA certification or eligible to become certified
- Minimum 0 years of experience in ABA therapy
- Strong understanding of autism spectrum disorder and ABA principles
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple clients and tasks
Work Environment
- This is a per diem position with flexible scheduling options
- Work from your own home or a variety of in-home and community-based settings
