Your Role
- Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care to residents.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Monitor resident conditions and communicate changes appropriately.
- Supervise and support nursing staff.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
- Promote resident dignity, comfort, safety, and well-being.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure quality resident care.
What We're Looking For
- Current RN license in West Virginia or a compact state.
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
- Strong clinical, communication, and leadership skills.
